I will try to make this short and sweet...as you are all probably tired of reading about the boys swimming. Unfortunately, I think their swimming hobby is only just beginning!
Short coarse season is wrapped up. The boys had an amazing season and cleaned up! Gavin took high point as an 8 and under in several meets! Truly amazing! The trophies in his room are out of control...and he is very proud of them. Jax took it like a man, as there were twice as many swimmers in the 9-10 age group. Although he did not take high-point, he made it to State in 8 events! Go Jax!! He is really looking forward to long coarse and summer league swimming in this same age group, while Gavin "aged up" and is now swimming against Jax in 9-10...look out!
The swim banquet was great. Jax received a special award as the most dedicated swimmer. And although Cam is not swimming for the team yet, he was very happy sitting with all the teenage girls at the banquet....YIKES!
