April was busy a month between Gavin and Granny. Lots of birthday celebrations.
Turning 9 was a big year for Gavin because he got his very own pet! He narrowed it down to a snake or a hedge hog...I quickly agreed to the hedge hog and found a breeder in Colorado Springs. We went to visit, did a lot of 
research and decided to take the plunge! Gavin named the little fellow Newman. I have to admit he is a very cute little guy!

big birthday party this year. He had two of his good buddies come over for pizza, brownies and a movie. He is definitely growing up!

Granny also celebrated her birthday and we have discovered a new favorite birthday/Easter/ Mother's Day dessert...cakes from the Bundt Shop...YUMMYY!!! We are all hooked.
