WOW! Talk about excitement! Jackson and Gavin took part in their first Pentathlon swim meet this weekend. They both swam against their age group for five different events -- the butterfly, backstroke, breast Stroke, freestyle and a 100 meter IM ( Individual Medley- all four strokes).Clint and I were WAY more nervous than the boys...checking official times and hoping the boys would not DQ (disqualify) on any of their strokes or underwater work off the block.
What a GREAT meet. The boys did AMAZING!!! Not only did they NOT DQ-- but they placed with the top swimmers and got trophies!!! They did great. We are so proud of them!!
